By age 30 I had 2 back surgeries and was nervous about working with a trainer. After speaking with Andy I knew I was in good hands. My chronic back pain is now gone and I  can feel and see how strong I've become in just a few short months. I started at Empower Fitness after having hip replacement surgery. I have gotten much stronger over just 2 months--no more limping & I can walk for miles. Andy is patient, kind, flexible and knowledgeable. The gym is not super fancy but it is well equipped and air conditioned!

I started seeing Andy last year in the beginning of the year to help prepare me for a marathon run in the spring. He did a great job getting my body in shape for the run, which resulted in beating my goal time!! After that the story is history.
